A reflection in a photograph always adds an extra dimension. This is because you've got the original object (which isn't always shown), plus its reflection. The viewer can then spend a bit of time deciphering what they're looking at. In this case, it's the reflection of a Venetian church in an office window. And if you look more closely, you'll see plants through the window.
