Proofreading your own words is an almost impossible task. You simply read what you thought you'd written rather than what you have written.

But it must be even more difficult when you're responsible for typing the captions for BBC News, especially when it's covering a change in government as it happens. So I think it's forgivable that the second 'i' of the word "minister" is missing (it was quickly corrected).
