Wellington Rocks
07/11/2010
Wellington Rocks in Tunbridge Wells have been there for far longer than the hotel that they're named after. They're shown on a map from 1839 and as a photograph from 1896 shows the rocks have been a popular spot for visitors for more than 100 years. This makes it very difficult to take a photograph with no one on them.
The solution? A cold November morning when the only people on the Common are runners, dog walkers, Friends of Tunbridge Wells and Rustall Commons, and me.
