Silver crown

Photographers like taking photographs of water crowns because it looks really easy, until you actually try doing it. I’ve spent quite a lot of time dropping grapes into a glass of water and stones into a glass of red wine, but with little success.
This photograph was taken using a kitchen tap set to slowly drip into the metal sink. The camera’s built-in flash stopped the motion. It still took 20 attempts before I got this photograph, but the secret seems to be to use a shallow container, not a deep one.
